Alexandra Kurowski supports clients who are as dedicated to their own health and transformation as they are for others. She has supported healers, therapists, and caregivers of all kinds so that they can do what they do best for themselves. Alexandra has been offering intuitive readings since 2008 and began to integrate them into bodywork when she began her Reiki journey in 2009, offering clients transformative healing with individual spiritual guidance. Her rich background in health, healing, and esotericism grants a groundedness to the more challenging and abstract aspects of the healing journey, offering practical advice with meaningful outcomes. Integrative Reiki sessions include intuitive guidance, along with guided somatic experiences, empowering clients in their own healing process. Alexandra has studied and taught with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, The Reiki School + Clinic, and the Somatica Institute in San Francisco. Her guidance and teachings now live under Adelphi Healing Arts, established in 2017. Her practice is inclusive, trauma-informed, and promotes personal empowerment.
