Jana is a life coach, intuitive healer, yogini, meditation teacher, writer, Coach, and Performance Artist. She has taught yoga at a wide range of institutions in the Philadelphia area, including Temple University, Amkor Karate, Old Haverford Friends Meeting, Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, American Law Institute, the National Board of Medical Examiners, and more. She is a reiki and shamanic practitioner and has also worked in communications at various nonprofits as an editor, writer, and coordinator, as well as founding her own literary journal in 2013 called The First Day. As a domestic violence advocate and crisis counselor, as well as a spiritual intuitive, she has seen that the root of healthy relationships with others is a healthy relationship with oneself--clearing out trauma and identifying negative patterns that keep people from living their true light and honoring their unique paths. She specializes in helping abuse victims "get back their groove." She is available as a coach and consultant for yoga and meditation to help improve workplace self-care and morale, and also teaches private clients yoga, meditation, and other healing modalities. Jana conducts relaxing energy healing sessions that illuminate and clear out old wounds so people can live truer to their nature. As an intuitive coach, she gives people homework and suggestions and a disciplined approach to focusing on their own healing so that they can live an authentic life, become whole, and attract what they truly desire. Jana also works with couples and individuals on intimacy coaching, after training as a non-sexual surrogate partner therapist. Her intimacy coaching for individuals and couples is rooted in yoga philosophy of chakras--helping improve an energetic connection to others.
