BIO:

Before going to Acupuncture school, Rachel Kriger, L.Ac. (Points of Return Acupuncture) was an organic farmer for several years. While in training, her Acupuncture teachers told her she'd be tending her patients like a farmer tends her fields. Makes sense: health and wellbeing, like farming, require consistent tending and maintenance. Rachel helps you pull the weeds that are in your way of growth and plant new seeds towards your dreams and visions. She'll make sure you don't get too wet or too dry or too hot or too cold. And most important she'll help you savor the sweet harvests of life! . Her mission is to empower humans through intentional living and connecting with nature. She uses Acupuncture, a nature based medicine, to help individuals move from pain and feeling stuck, to return to a place of ease and flow and new possibilities. Through her Five Element training, she is able to offer the gifts of each element and season and their infinite connections. Rachel uses her senses and perspectives to artfully craft healing conversations and treatments, which guide people of all ages on their paths of returning to their wholeness and highest wellbeing. Rachel is also a clinical supervisor at the WON Institute of Graduate Studies. Rachel also offers Healy frequency treatments to further help you clear away distortions and align with your true destiny. Rachel values listening, clarity, connection, thoughtfulness and respect. She helps you take charge of your own health by guiding you in the direction of your whole health wellness. So, come as you are, and get ready to create intentions for and steps towards your empowered living!

"My experience with Rachel as a practitioner was an amazing learning experience. With her I learned how to be more myself. I described to my friends often that acupuncture was like “embodied therapy.” I had gone to therapy since I was in high school as a way to release my feelings and get reassuring that they were normal and I could deal with them. In acupuncture I felt for the first time how my emotions are part of my body. After starting treatment with Rachel, I realized that the therapy I had been receiving was good for helping me be OK in my current state, but didn’t help me grow at all. With Rachel, I explored ways to cultivate being more present in my body to support new practices. Throughout the treatment, I felt supported, cared for, and understood. "
