Sarah Trohough is an integrative message therapist, therapeutic yoga teacher for 12 years. A 2008 graduate of Message Arts Center Philadelphia; Sarah went on to travel to Montreal and Thailand to study, and continue to add modalities including craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, message, reiki, acupressure, myofascial release, maternity message and birth doula training.
